brianthony: Possibly my favorite cuisine, to cook as well as eat, Indian. The smell alone is enough to have you salivating. This was my take on Chicken Saag, served over cumin-infused basmati, with fresh naan. This is the epitome of comfort food in my eyes. Non-traditional? Maybe. Warming, comforting, and delectable? Absolutely — more so than mac n’ cheese.
